  1. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

1.1. All Washes, Detailing Services & Products

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to modify the content, type and availability of any service at any time.

Only the vehicle(s) who’s information was provided during the appointment scheduling process can be serviced during your appointment. Should that vehicle not be present at the time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered missed and you will not be refunded.

You can however, have your appointment rescheduled for a nominal fee.

1.3. Processing and Payment

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. will process your purchase as promptly as possible. There may be a delay in the while payment details are verified.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.

If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your purchase will be terminated. Contact us if you believe your access was terminated in error.

All Charges are non-refundable.

1.4. Pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Eagle Maintenance & Services USA, Inc. reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time.

If a stated price is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the product at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.

Additional Costs

For certain products there may be upsells offered. If you select an upsell you will be charged the additional fees for this product. These additional charges will be clearly stated.

1.4.1. Taxes

When you purchase a service, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes.

Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.

If you purchase your service through a third party, you will be required to pay the taxes before service begins.

1.7. Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different. Promotions cannot be combined.

You are required to provide your payment details when you sign up for a promotion. At the end of the promotion.

  1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

2.1. Rescheduling/Cancellation of Appointments

2.1.1 Rescheduling an Appointment

All appointments must be rescheduled via E-mail. Contact us at reese@emsusa.biz If you wish to reschedule your appointment.

You must contact us via E-mail, no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the appointment being classified as “no-show.”

“No-Show” appointments will not be refunded under any circumstance. They can however be rescheduled for a nominal fee. Each time you reschedule the same appointment, you will be charged a fee. (Exp: If an appointment is rescheduled twice, you will be charged the rescheduling fee twice.)

An appointment is considered a “No-show” when for some reason, the member has failed to contact us in time for a rescheduling of the appointment, when the correct vehicle associated with the service is not on the location provided for the appointment, or when we are unable to access the vehicle to perform the service during the appointment.

2.1.2 Canceling an Appointment

In order to cancel your appointment, you must do so by visiting the by contacting us with your name, phone number and appointment details no less then 24 hours. Contact us at Reese@emsusa.biz

By cancelling, you are forfeiting your scheduled appointment

Canceling an appointment does not entitle you to any kind of refund. Just a free rescheduling outside of the 24 hour window.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at any time without notice. If this occurs, we still hold the obligation to perform the service you have ordered.

You will be rescheduled to the next available appointment.

You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

2.2. Refunds

2.3. Post Appointment Inspection

Following each appointment, the service provider will ask the member to examine the quality of the appointment. If there is any dissatisfaction, it will be addressed immediately upon the member’s request.

If a customer allows the service provider to leave the appointment location, then the customer is hereby acknowledging that they are satisfied with their appointment and therefore will forego any additional corrections for that appointment.
