The EMS Mobile Detailing Joint Venture (JV) Program is a performance-earned path for top team members to become owner-operators within a protected territory. It is not a franchise or automatic promotion. Entry for this program is earned through proven leadership, certification, and consistent execution of EMS standards.

As a JV Operator, you run day-to-day production in your defined territory under EMS’s commercial fleet and lot washing system. EMS manages billing, pricing, account protection, and the equipment platform, allowing operators to focus on execution and growth inside a proven commercial engine.

Compensation is performance-based. Commercial work is paid using a tiered split structure tied to a rolling 90-day weekly average, with applicable sales commission deducted before the split. Retail work booked through EMS is split 70/30 after taxes and fees. JV Operators receive a chemical allotment based on work volume and must operate in full compliance with EMS brand and operating standards.

In exchange for access to a protected territory and commercial work platform, JV Operators form their own business entity, carry required insurance, provide labor and vehicles, and maintain strict professional compliance. The JV Program is a serious opportunity for individuals who want to build a business inside an established system.
